Terms of Service
Last updated: October 2025
1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Sessionly, including all related applications, APIs, and services (collectively, the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you are using the Service on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business to these Terms.
2. Account Registration & Security
- You must be at least 18 years old to use Sessionly.
- Provide accurate registration information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.
- If you suspect unauthorized access, notify us immediately at support@sessionlyapp.com.
3. Subscription Plans & Billing
Sessionly offers a Free tier, a 7-day Pro trial that activates on signup, and a paid Pro subscription. Plan entitlements and limits are described on our pricing page and within the application.
- Billing. Paid plans are billed through Stripe in advance on a recurring basis (monthly unless stated otherwise). Taxes may apply depending on your location.
- Trials. At the end of the trial we will automatically move you to the Free plan unless you upgrade. If you exceed Free plan limits after the trial, certain features may become view-only until you upgrade.
- Cancellations. You can downgrade through the billing portal at any time. Cancellation stops future charges but does not issue refunds for completed billing periods unless required by law.
- Changes. We may adjust pricing or plan features with reasonable notice. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse Sessionly. Prohibited actions include: violating laws or regulations; infringing others’ intellectual property or privacy rights; storing or transmitting malicious code; attempting to reverse engineer or disrupt the Service; reselling or sublicensing the Service; or uploading sensitive health information, payment card data, or other regulated data without our prior written consent.
